Lars is Group Head of Commercial Excellence, and responsible for ensuring focus on developing and strengthening commercial and analytical capabilities – from product & solution ideation to delivery and launch.
Commercial Excellence is organized in two clusters of teams.
The first is Centres of Excellence, where the core capabilities in analytics/modeling, digital sales, Go to Market, frontline excellence and strategic partnerships are being built.
The second is the Market Area Development cluster established in our four main markets. The mandate for these teams is to define the specific strategic direction for their respective markets, get close to the customer and ensure that the products are tailored to the specific market landscape, from regulatory specificities to varying customer behaviors and needs.
Lars has extensive experience leading business development in Danske Bank and personal banking in BG Bank.
Furthermore, Lars is a board member in Spiir A/S and home A/S.
Lars holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and obtained a Diploma in Finance three years later.
